Who we are

  • Welcoming – recognising everyone as unique and special, respecting their background and beliefs

  • Compassionate – acknowledging the needs of others and striving to help

  • Hopeful – seeing the potential in all, and enabling them to realise it

  • Collaborative –working together, willing to learn, with humility recognising our strengths and weaknesses

  • Prayerful – bringing everything before God, for help and strength

Set up in 2001, we are a charity committed to supporting local young people with their wellbeing and mental health. As a Christian faith-based charity, we serve the local community, and endeavour to live out our five shared values.

Our programmes are delivered by staff and are supported by volunteers including counsellors, mentors, and youth practitioners who have a range of qualifications, training, and life experience. All our counselling team are registered with the BACP or other professionally recognised regulatory bodies. Our work is person centred, supporting each young person on their own individual journey.

You are my outlet. I feel that my mental state has been so much better and have been able to manage things better
